At Pax Mediation Center, our mediators have years of experience, are Supreme Court of Tennessee Rule 31 compliant, are certified by the Florida Supreme Court as well as the Mediation Center of the Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii and have a J.D. in law and B.A. in Peace and Conflict Resolution. PMC also offers mediations in Arabic and French.
At Pax Mediation Center, we offer mediation services for many types of conflicts and disputes including divorce mediation, marital mediation, landlord/tenant mediation, neighbor dispute mediation, mediation between friends, family mediation, household mediation, workplace dispute mediation, relationship mediation and more. We offer mediations in person or on Zoom.
Mediation is a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in which a neutral and impartial third-party (us, your mediators) facilitate a discussion between 2 or more parties that are having a dispute or conflict which they want to resolve outside of litigation (the courts).
Mediation allows all involved parties to participate in the process of finding a solution that works best for all, as opposed to litigation where you should spend a lot of money on lawyers and court fees, just to have a Judge decide who is right or wrong based on facts, evidence and law.
